Geranium Directions for Use: Ease anxiety, brighten your mood, improve concentration, or reduce fatigue by diluting 1-2 drops with a carrier oil and applying to skin, or by adding 3-4 drops to a diffuser. Relieve muscle pain by applying to skin. Wear on skin, spray or diffuse as an insect repellent. Not for internal use.

Lavender Directions for Use: Relieve stress, calm the mind and body, and instill peaceful sleep by diluting 1-2 drops with a carrier oil and applying to skin, dabbing on clothes, or by adding 3-4 drops to a diffuser. May be sprayed into air, mixed with lotion, bath salts or massage oils. /p>

Orange: Directions for Use: Decrease stress & anxiety by diluting 1-2 drops with a carrier oil and applying to skin or by adding 3-4 drops to a diffuser. Relieve muscle pain by applying to skin, or ease stomach aches by ingesting with water. Use to clean & disinfect.

Frankincense: Directions for Use: Ease anxiety or reduce depression by applying 1-2 drops to skin, adding to bath water, or by adding 3-4 drops to a diffuser. Add to skin lotion to keep skin healthy & help prevent wrinkles. Relieve muscle pain by applying to skin. May be added to water or foods for ingestion.
